Independent Owner Operators are required
to sign up for a
Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium
to complete required
DOT random testing.
The cost is only $95 per year and includes:
- The cost of a drug or alcohol test when selected at random.
- Access to a mobile application to locate the nearest drug and alcohol collection site when selected for testing.
- Monthly screening against the National Sex Offender Registry as required by current regulations.
- A unique consortium number to provide to DOT and authorized agencies.
- 24/7 phone support for post-accident testing requirements.
